The Hotel:
The Lugger has 21 rooms and is tucked away in the harbour of a tiny Cornish village. The rooms are light and airy with huge comfy beds, there are amazing coastal walks and a great pub a short stagger away serving the best fish-pie supper.

The Spa:
The treatment rooms, in a separate cottage, offer seaside-inspired treatments, such as the Rock Pool Pedicure. My boyfriend and I booked a side-by-side Couple's Moonlight Massage on our outdoor terrace, which took place at night, under heaters, and involved two hours of a full, spine-tingling body massage using essential oils-pure bliss.

Results:
I was very stressed when I arrived, but after the massage, some long walks and a bit of pub grub, I left totally chilled out-no wonder it's rumoured to be a celebrity haven for privacy, luxury and a taste of the sea.
